Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers within the assigned territory
- Conduct customer visits and field-level credit assessments
- Promote the company's loan and financial products
- Assist customers throughout the loan application process
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers
- Follow up on customer repayments and collections
- Achieve assigned business and portfolio targets
- Maintain accurate customer and credit-related records
- Support the branch team in achieving overall business objectives
